"Who ever opens this location gives a very off-putting vibe. I asked her a question, whilst she was gabbing with a group of coworkers, and she gave me an ugly look when she answered. She continued to ignore me while the only person in line as she went on gabbing. I ended up just leaving. Never had such a rude interaction at any other starbucks. This lady needs a different job. (Hopefully not in customer service)."
"I came into this location a few days ago and had the best experience ever. Kristen was helping me at the time. I gave her a lot of drinks to make but she was quick and efficient. She started a conversation with me, smiles, and is very happy with her job. I am so impressed by her and how quick she is. I will continue to come back to this location all the time now because of her. Thank you Kristen for making this experience so great. You deserve the best!"

"Just was here a few days ago and I had a great experience. Kirsten was very helpful, fast, and efficient. I really appreciated her and how great she was. She was training a few people and everyone there was just very nice. I ordered 2 caramel macchiatos , and a dragon drink. All was made within a few minutes. Store manager Brianna is awesome as well."
