"I get my coffee there most mornings and sometimes on Sunday. Today I want to give kudos to two employees. My family sat at one table and spilled our large coffee. They were both so kind and immediately attentive. Wemovede to another table, and we spilled the other coffee again, and both of the employees with a smile came to our rescue. NEVER made us feel embarrassed and cleaned the other area quickly. The thing lady made sure I got my coffee. And the young man mopped and cleaned the floor with a smile towards us. I didn't get their names, but I'm sure they remember us. I hope they know I am forever grateful for their kindness. They will never know how meaningful that was."

"I tried the new Churro donuts today at a few different locations in the area, Since a couple of them are running low, I had to make multiple trips . They were AWFUL. Churros are typically soft, and pull apart with a nice coating of cinnamon and sugar on them. I got a whole bag of these, expecting the same, but when I picked each one of them up, I noticed that all of them were rock-hard, and had almost no cinnamon or sugar on them. It all fell off. Not being one to mince words, I called Dunkin’ Donuts customer service, and filed a formal complaint to notify the locations to update their process, as this is being made incorrectly. To all the other, Latinas and Latinos out there please be cautious when ordering these!"
