Jack in the Box

"What has happened to Jack in the Box? Do you only hire druggies? Jack in the Box use to be my favorite place to eat until all I started to get is cold slop. Don't you realize your product is FOOD! MAKE IT GOOD! Why can't you hire people who give a damn? The food sucks. Until I start seeing 4 and 5 stars on here I'll spend my money at Culvers, where I always get delicious, hot, fresh food. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!"

"We don't have a jack or where we live. Drove thru. Ordered 20 tacos and 6 egg rolls to snack on when we got home, egg rolls were from the drive. Got 10 tacos. That's $10 we lost. We live a hour away so it's not like we could just come back. My fault. I should of counted them before we left but the employees disappeared so quickly I couldn't even ask for sweet n sour."

"Far and away the worst fast food experience I've ever had. No one answered the drive through. When I went to the window, 2 kids looking stoned out of their minds just stared at us and eventually staggered to the window and had us drive around again. Drove around again and no answer. Again. Finally someone mumbled that they couldn't hear us so we drove around. Waited another 25 minutes and none of what we ordered was close to accurate. This was nothing short of a robbery of our 30 bucks. Pathetic beyond anything I've ever experienced."

"6:30pm on a Saturday and the doors are all locked. I look inside and the workers are all wearing pajamas and laying around in the booths. The manager saw me at the door attempting to enter and looked at me like it was 3am and the dining room was obviously closed, then walked away. I already ordered online to pick up from inside so I go through the drive through and they haven't even started making it yet. The girl at the window was very nice."

"Update: called up the next day to see if they are capable of making burgers today and no one answers the phone. Sat in drive thru from 8:45pm to 9:00 at the speaker just to be told they are only severing fryer food. Someone needs to be fired for this. Losing money every night with this excuse and it tiring. They could have said that from the get go rather than having me sit there. Cause I am curious to what excuse is used. To dumb to cook a burger at 15 + an hour. To lazy.. what let me guess short handed and the health inspector needs to show up along with corporate.And the car in the photo is the employees if the Manger has a hard time finding out who it is"
