"My husband and I ordered the West Cali deep fried roll and hibachi shrimp. The yum yum sauce was delicious. Both dishes had excellent flavor, however, there is one flaw and it is a BIG one...that a sushi place would use imitation crab. This should be outlawed. Imitation crab is terrible. The texture, taste and smell of it are not even a hint of real crab and it negatively impacts what should be an ideal taste experience. I know crab is expensive but you are dishonoring the food if you are not using the real thing. I took a star off for this. Use real crab and the food will sing. People would pay more for the real thing. I would. It is worth it for the perfect dish. I will go back but will not order anything that includes the word crab unless this is remedied. It's too bad really because everything else was great including the Thai tea."

"Need to change the picture for what the fried rice looks like. Too much pepper, almost no pea, carrots or onions. Chicken in it was dry."
