"We arrived at the drive-thru on 12/30 at 1:22 a.m. on a Friday "night," (technically Saturday morning). The lights of the restaurant were all on, but the menu board was off and no one greeted us at the speaker. I sat for about a minute before driving up to the windows to see if anyone was inside. Again, the lights were all on, but no one was at the windows. I drove around to the front to see two cars in the parking lot. I parked closest to the door to look inside and I saw an employee sitting at a table closest to the door on her phone. I sat for a minute, contemplating if I should go to the door and ask if they were still serving food, but she ended up getting up and making her way toward the back...or so I thought. I went through the drive-thru again because I thought, "maybe the sensor or whatever tells the employee that someone in the drive-thru is broken or something so she's gone back there to help." No. I sat again for about 30 seconds and looped back around to see she had posted up by the counter. The epitome of laziness and apathy if I've ever seen it."

"I only gave one star cause zero wasn’t an option. I called ahead of time to see when they closed and was told 6. I got there before 5:30 after getting my kids ready and driving out of my way to this location only to be told they stopped serving food at 5. Now mind you I called at 5:10. This is a horrible way to run a business. The employee had quite the attitude about the whole thing. This location has forever lost my business."

"I cannot express enough how disappointed I was with my experience at Taco Bell. The food was absolutely dreadful - tasteless and soggy. The tacos were filled with barely any meat and the lettuce was wilted. My quesadilla wasn't even cut right! looks like it was cut by a child. And the cheese wasn't melted enough, and were cold as hell. The nachos were barely covered in cheese and the meat was dry and unappetizing. I will never be returning to this establishment and I highly advise others to avoid it as well. It was a complete waste of money and left a terrible taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively. Avoid Taco Bell at all costs."

"Our food was incredibly sloppy. Quesadilla was made incorrectly. Contacted the manager, Mike, and he refused a refund despite having the food and receipt. He also refused any way to rectify the situation other than attempt to reach "Sasha" he would not give a day she worked or whether to call or come to the location. I am now stuck with keeping this food in order to get my money back this issue should have been easily resolved by Mike because it was during his shift the mistake was made. I avoided this location for a long time due to several issues and I regret giving them another chance."
