"This awful lady serving us at the window is high out of her mind. Her eyes were practically neon red. She didn't let us finish ordering at the speaker and rudely cut us off. She took 10 minutes to get our order done, IT WAS JUST 4 TACOS BRO!!! NO ONE IN FRONT OF US. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS AND I THINK SHE SHOULD BE BRUTALLY REPRIMANDED!"

"Most sodas were not available. Prices higher but quantity and quality less. Wife wanted to come here. Next time I’ll just watch her eat as I will not eat here again."

"Ofallon Jack in the box is the worse!! It's ran by kids that don't care! You have to wait until the 1 car at the window leaves because they can't take more than 1 order and prepare it. And don't order breakfast in the afternoon, that's absolute NO they only make breakfast during breakfast hours. I ordered a pickup order through my ap. I received email to pick up, which I was already on my way to pickup with 3 of my grandchildren as we were at a hayride. I get there pull up it was 10:55 on a Saturday and there is no one there! I had to go to taco bell located right next door. I told the lady there she says "oh yay they are just a hit and miss place). Jack in the box had no problem charging my card which my credit card co had to put a fraud charge on my account to solve. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!"

"They are open until 10PM. We get to the door. Open until 10PM. OPEN sign is on. Try the door. It's locked. Go to drive thru, they say they are no longer taking orders. Workers are inside walking around. Did I mention we were at the door at 922PM and the drive thru at 926PM? I gave a 3 for atmosphere because the inside looked clean. Tough to find people who want to work. Dairy Queen was still open though at 940PM across the street."

"For the 2nd day in a row I went to grab breakfast at 8 am, and waited in the drive though for 5 minutes and no one took my order. There are workers inside as I can see them walking around. Why is this place even open if they won't take orders when they are open and you can't go inside to make an order since the lobby is locked up. Which also make no sense why you even have online ordering when you would have no way to actually get your food! At this point just close down and let another fast food chain move in, it's very clear your workers are happy to sit around and not do business."
