"made a trip to lions den today. the lady working today was probably the nicest one i’ve encountered at that store. i didn’t get her name but she had brown hair and was tall, very helpful and checked on customers in her free time rather than just standing around. it’s a plus that she was kind as well!"
"Edit: Customer service went above and beyond to help rectify the situation. Will definitely be shopping there again. Spent $130 on an item. It was very underwhelming. I could have paid a fourth of the price for something better. I wouldn't be mad if it wasn't for the price point. Asked if I could return it for store credit and was told there was nothing I could do. Won't be going back"
"Love the place. One of the female workers was super rude but super nice to my husband. I mean we came to get products not a proposition. Just how some people are but others may not want to come back. The candles have trouble burning the last 4 I bought wouldn’t burn. But I give 4 stars cause it’s really the only store close. Mind you this was a few months ago and I had never seen her before or since. Thank god"
