"Second menards we have been to looking for heater. Heater is advertised on website but nearest one is like a 2-hour drive. Apparently the store will not order the heater for us and told us that if we want that heater we have to make the drive or find something else. Horrible customer service did not seem to care. If they're not able to get something in stock they should not advertise it on their website or store floor."

"People are very helpful as well. If we have questions they’re more than willing to guide you to the right I’ll or if you’re looking for work done they also offer local services that they can give you. Most of the isles are clean and organized. The sales are always fun to look at especially for when it’s Halloween or Christmas decorations. I always enjoy getting their garden with all the different types of flowers they carry. We have a credit card with them and it’s always helped us out when we’re looking for at home projects. I was looking at all the Halloween decorations and it was so awesome and cool to see the little details. I had to take a video that way everyone can see things that they offer. There’s more decorations at the store and they also have Christmas stuff already been set up."

"I always have a good experience at our Fox Lake Menards. Today I had to grab a desk fan, and of corse you end up picking other goodies up! All the fans seem to be on clearance, with this humidity we need that break lol. I had a question about my rebate and Vionca ( hope I spelled right) was so nice she actually took the time to go and show what they send back in the mail for your rebate. I missed my last one and now I know it looks like a postcard with a bar code. Menards might want to find a way to send the rebate to our emails. They have 11% rebate on everything. I also found out Menards has envelopes. Business and letter size. I bought letter size 100 for $1.99. And I picked this cute tray up to carry a dinner plate, cup and utensils. You could also use this if your caring for someone who wants to watch tv and eat. I think the silverware holder might actually work to put a medicine cup in with daily meds. Or fun for the kids! I’m going give it a try. For $2.24 and comes in blue, red and green. Might be fun not just outside but inside too!!! Thank all the sales employees who answered my questions again even if it wasn’t their department!"
