"Place is chaotic. Untrained employees who will give you the least, bare minimum. Better prices elsewhere 90% of the time. Many employees with "I don't care" attitude. Only a few employees who care. Wondering how they, Best Buy, are still in business. Customer care outsourced. Good luck with that. Go to Amazon, Walmart and get more."
"Everyone check your boxes BEFORE you walk out of the store. I bought a pair of $70 earbuds that ended up being an empty box with a charging cable. They wouldn't give me a refund and said they 'checked' the security cameras and nothing was suspicious. This most happen all the time and each time they get out of giving people their money back. AKA they legally rob you blind and there's not a damn thing you can do about it. What a bunch of crooks!!!"
"Was just in here. David in cellular phone department was awesome and provided excellent customer service with my iPhone and protective ZAGG shield. Linda and John Taruk who are the usual managers were not in at the moment but met the new (I believe is the manager) by the name of Rich who is also awesome and provided the right direction. "I bought an item that this best buy said they had 2 in stock for $216.50, as I walked intto the best buy the next morning they sent me an email cancelling my order, claiming none were in stock. The Customer service counter couldn't find anything about my order until I provided them with the order number from my email. Finally someone admitted they screwed up, none were in stock, they failed to do their job correctly, and I needed to go somewhere else because they couldn't help me. But best buy held my money for two days, and wasted my time having me drive all the way out there. Never shopping best buy again."
"They couldn't approve a credit card by text message even though I received the text verification. This was literally their answer from a live representative over the phone. Doesn't matter though because I took my business to Lowe's and got a better price for the same appliances and will be delivered and installed faster than Best Buy could. This is why people don't shop at Best BYE."
