"Todd was so helpful in diagnosing and ultimately fixing our faulty Whirlpool dryer. We really only had 2 choices- fix the dryer or replace the entire combo. I really didn’t want to spend $2,000 … so he did everything in his power to find the parts needed to get the job done. Even used a part he had salvaged to do the job for half the cost. Who does that?? He came back the next day, fixed a bunch of other issues, performed “open heart surgery” on it, just to make sure it worked like new. Walked us through the whole process too. He is truly a rare find - an honest, old school repair guy that will do the right thing and never rip you off. We are grateful. Thanks Todd!"

"This was my BEST EXPERIENCE EVER, with an appliance repair! Todd is extremely personable, transparent and professional. If he doesn't work on a certain brand (eg: LG) He will tell you up front and I appreciate that. I feel as though I have a Bachelors Degree on dryers, as a result of his detailed narration of everything he did and what he already knew about my machine. Todd even took the time to provide maintenance tips on every appliance in my kitchen, unsolicited by me. That's why I paid him MORE than his invoice required. He's a wonderful man, who enjoys helping people and fixing their problems. Do not look any further. I read his Google reviews on August 3, 2021. He came to my home on August 4 and I truly feel Blessed by my decision. If he works on your brand and your appliance, STOP YOUR SEARCH HERE! PS...He has a great sense of humor!"

"Todd was awesome. Came out same day, immediately made a diagnosis along with a cost estimate. Once he got into the job, he realized it was actually a simpler/less costly fix and alerted us as such. He could have easily charged us the higher rate and we wouldn't even have known. Kudos to him...the lost art of honesty. Hoping we don't need him in the future, but if something does break down, he will absolutely be the one we call."
