"The way customer service has changed is horrible. You have associates walking around but won’t help you until you’ve “checked in”. Order online and pick up in store is supposed to be the quickest process. Now it takes longer than walking into the store, grabbing the items off the shelves then go stand in the check out line. Why? Because that’s what you have to do now. Stand in the checkout line to pick up your online order. Or wait at the “pick up” line until someone comes to help you."

"Today I went to Best Buy to return an online purchase. I went to the customer service line ( was at the front of the line) and watched the greeter send not one, not two, but three customers to the desk in front of me and a a line of others waiting. This system is terrible and does not work! Although the greeter did state he was sorry for the wait, he was also smug and felt the need to raise his voice in the store towards me defending the system. Very disappointing!"

"Why I like best buy? Is sample they have all the tech I need in one place something I go to buy one thing and and up buying more than what I need it so addictive going to Best Buy. and in this Christmas popdefinitely am buying new tech from them all as well"

"I'm still waiting for the COVID prices to come down. The Pacific coast is clear for freightliners to come and go easily so prices of big ticket items should go down soon. The supply has been replenished. Goods are easier to make and ship now that COVID is out of the picture. In another month or two prices for appliances will be cut in almost half."
