"Ever since i moved to the area i have been in the bartlett location on a weekly basis. Nihad has been my go to guy! Every time i see him he has been working with other staff on improving with resolution and quality talks. The past two visits i went to say hi but saw he was busy working with other associates. So i didn’t want to interrupt. It is good seeing good management in place and see how looking for solutions by talking it out is always much more effective. The people overall seem to care about your experience and its a great environment to shop in. Thanks home depot!"

"I have worked at Home Depot for more than 4 years, never had an issue. I wanted to transfer to this store and the manager Carol was incredibly rude. She said they were not hiring, despite having a huge 'Now Hiring' Banner in the front of their store, and on their website!! I have never been treated this bad! It is so sad to see how due to her behaviour a hardworking and loyal employee will no longer work for them."

"I wanted to share my terrible experience at the Bartlett Home Depot store. I was in search for a new patio sliding door. I purchased a sliding door with built in blinds from Home Depot in Bartlett. Once after I had it installed by my installers, I come to find out that in Bartlett it is illegal to install a patio door with built in blinds. However Bartlett Home Depot never notified me that this is the case. Even they know my delivery address for the door is in Bartlett. No one ever told me at Home Depot I can not put in patio doors with blinds. I have now been trying to work with Home Depot in Bartlett to get this installed door replaced or fixed and everyone I have talked to at this Home Depot since has turned their backs on me. I have still to find a resolution on a $2,000+ purchase I have made incorrectly due to the negligence of Home Depot of Bartlett."
