"Folks, wanted to share a great experience I had with Jason, at Assured Appliance and Heating (Genoa, IL). We are in the Dekalb and my "elderly" parents had an issue with their furnace back in February (at a time where it was super cold), only had to make one phone call and Jason came that same day to look at the furnace. Unfortunately, the issue led itself to replacement of the 20+ yr old furnace and A/C. With Jason's help (and a hell of a good business deal), my parent selected a furnace and A/C that was right for their needs and budget. Installation was within a couple of days. The team was prompt, professional and did a great job! Since then, we have had to call Jason a couple of times for assistance with the programming the thermostat and a question re: the new A/C system...again, he was prompt with his response, had no problem coming to the house during Covid and assisted my parents.
