"Excellent service! I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews but my experience was great! They had my pcm repaired for my 1996 ram 3500 diesel within 2 days of receiving it. Called me with the exact price that I was quoted, which was very reasonable. I received it within 2 days via ups. Everything works as it should again. Would definitely use them again."

"Supposedly repaired my ecu. After the first “repair” there was 25 new codes that came up. The second time they fixed the issues they created but there is still no voltage at the pin they were supposed to fix. After months of back and forth and no repair, they still refuse a refund. Shame to do business this way."

"Called and talked on the phone with someone about sending my ECM in to diagnose: She said sure send it in after giving her the details of my car and situation. Calls back 2 weeks later after receiving ECM to tell me they don't have the diagnostics platform to diagnose the ECM. Wasted money on shipping, over 2 weeks of time, and they wanted another $35 for their time and shipping it back. I don't recommend wasting your time here. Edit: Feel free to contact me in response. I absolutely talked to a female there several weeks ago and told her exactly what I needed. I would not have sent it otherwise."

"I was experiencing a bump downshift on my 2006 GS 300. I thought the transmission was shot. I read comments on the Club Lexus forum and shipped them my ECM to rebuild. Put it in and the car ran perfectly. Total cost $190 and 30 minutes to remove and replace the ECM (see YouTube video for removal instructions. Thank you."

"2004 Ram 2500 ECM sent in got back still was bad but because of warranty they sent full replacement FREE of charge!!! Excellent customer service experience with multiple calls. Highly recommend!!! Will definitely use again if needed!!!"
