"Only gave 1 star becuz I HAD too. The option for no stars wasn't available. This is the WORST customer service ever!! They bashed David's Bridal as we were tryin on dresses. A guestimation was done for pregnancy becuz they don't have maternity dresses. We decided to cancel our order and go to David's Bridal becuz they do have maternity and when calling to cancel order with Mr Tuxedo, BEFORE It was placed, they wanted to charge a $30 cancelation fee! She was very rude about things and she hung up on me before ending the conversation. DONT WASTE UR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!!!!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service. Terrible at measuring. We had to re-measure the flower girls, re-order a jacket for the best man, and the pants were simply falling off of our ring barer. They told us they’d call us 2 weeks before wedding when everything comes in. They did not. We finally called them ONE week before the wedding to ask where our order was. When we found out that the ring barer’s shoes were too big, they did not answer or return our calls. When dropping the shoes off they claimed they called us when we have ZERO missed calls on our phone record from them. ZERO returned voicemails. And they didn’t even apologize and acted like they did what they could. I’m an honest person and really wish people were the same. Take my advice and take your business elsewhere."

"The staff was very professional and friendly to me and my family. Even when out of their way to ask if they could keep my dress for an extra day or two just to make sure it was absolutely perfect and didn’t have any tears or snags! Picked it up, and it was flawless. Found my dream dress there that I had been eyeballing for years!"

"I just walked in to this store to get some very preliminary information on wedding dresses. Very basic questions. I did not want to try anything on. They were incredibly rude to me. They told me they could not answer any of my questions because they had customers there placing prom orders. I told them I was willing to wait, but they told me I had to make an appointment. Again, this was just for basic information. They did not make me feel welcome at all. Instead, they seemed annoyed by me. I guess I (and everyone else in our wedding) will have to take our business elsewhere. This place is terrible. The woman who does alterations took a few seconds to speak to me and was kind. The two saleswoman in the front of the store seemed more interested in helping the teenagers than an actual bride."

"I came into the shop excited to look at dresses. The girl from behind the counter wouldn't get up to assist me. I asked her for a price of a beautiful lace dress, she didn't get it. She only said that it would be over $1000. For all she knew I could have had a $5000 budget but instead I was treated like I was penny less. I won't go in there again or take either of my daughters there for their dresses."
