"This shop owner made mistakes on team shirts and is now threatening to sue parents that are upset. Wouldn't it be easier to correct the shirts? Buyer beware."

"We drove several miles to this shop to ask about a custom order only to find the store closed. The website wasn't up to date with the hours/days of operation. However the owner was there and took a moment to ask if we needed anything. We showed the work we'd like done for the custom order and was told to send everything by message and it would be addressed. We immediately done that and waited.. and waited. I inquired about the order and was ask 1 question which I answered immediately and then waited again. Waited even longer. Then asked again about the order as my deadline was approaching and I needed this item done. They wrote back calling me by the wrong name and saying my shirts were done?? ShirtS? I only ordered 1 and they never even asked the size. So I replied and they said "Sorry wrong person". "Your order won't be completed on time as the owner is out of town." I asked when will she be back? They said "I don't know?" Seriously?? You don't know when your owner will be back? If they had no intention on doing my shirt just say so..don't lead me on for weeks and now I need this shirt and I don't have it. Poor customer service at its finest!!"

"We've had Audras do our business apparel, they do a wonderful job without a long wait. Sarah is very personable and a pleasure to work with, her staff also are very friendly and ready to help. Her shop not only has many great clothing items that can be personalized, but she also carries an assortment of accessories that would be perfect for last minute gifts. I also like that she helps promote other small businesses by carrying their fare in her shop as well. Well worth the visit and highly recommended if you need screen or vinyl printing done , be it a single item or a larger job."
