Papa Johns Pizza

"Our PTO has used Papa Johns in Batavia for a local Batavia elementary school’s Halloween dance for two years now. The service has been fantastic, pizzas hot, fresh out of the oven and ready on time for pick up! The manager, Jesus, does a great job managing and coordinating such a large order. There are other local and comparably priced places in Batavia, but I trust this team is going to get it done right for us!"

"I love papa johns I order it all the time. This location often flips my customization of extra sauce light cheese to extra cheese light sauce. No biggie I call and I drive back and get it myself even I had it delivered. It’s a mistake I get it. Today, I received a sauceless pizza. Just cheese, bread, and pepperoni. I called and was told by both the manager and district manager that I was lying. I drove the pizza back to them to show them dry crust. They just stared at it. 5 seconds of silence. No apology. I was so upset I forgot to take a photo of the cheese and bread with no sauce. Absolutely unbelievable customer service."
