"I called for an appointment for a vehicle inspection had tried five other shops and would have been on a two week waiting time.. Michele was able to work me in and the technician made me aware of a pending code that could be harmful to my engine that a Ford dealership had told me I had nothing to worry about. Michele was friendly and took the time to explain everything in detail and went above and beyond.."

"Dropped in my car for wheel and balance rotation which are a simple task for an auto shop. Before getting there, I labeled the current position of the wheels on the tires. I asked and talked to the technician where to rotate the wheels which he confirmed our understandings. After 15 minutes of bringing the car in, I was told the car was ready. I questioned the technician that it would be impossible to go over the process of taking the 4 wheels off and balancing them on the machine. I was told the fast service was because 2 technicians worked on the car. Considering this shop, I seriously doubt that this place has 2 balancing machines. I did not agree with him but I decided to pay the full amount and leave. After I got home I checked the label on the tires and found out that the rotation was done incorrectly. Also the front tires were inflated to 40psi which are overinflated by 25%. I also doubt that the bolts were torqued either. Now I have to do the job myself to correct a failed simple task by this shop. Terrible service!"
