"Show service stood in line 20 to get the paperwork for a tire repaired. Everyone went on break, apparently. There were 6 people behind me, and a couple drove up and talked to one of the service crew, who went straight out to their car to get a tire to be repaired, they didn't even come in to do paperwork, the crew member had the little tablet with him. After 2 hours, the tire was repaired. I understand it take time, and staff are allowed breaks, but they could have gotten somebody out there to help with paperwork, at least."

"They didn’t have all my tires which was fine but the guy said he was going to put 2new ones in the back but stuck them on the back which is not good when you have a front wheel drive vehicle. Overall though they were very nice and price was good"

"I had my oil changed and tires rotated. They did not tighten the lugnuts on the front driver side wheel and I almost lost a tire. I would not recommend their service."

"I just recently came to this location for an oil change after many years of going somewhere else. They warned that they were understaffed and booked up upon arrival and I stayed and I was very glad that I did. They still managed to pull off everything in a timely manner and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this store and location and I give them a 10 on their services. Thank you for all you do!"

"Got there at 6 30 in the morning to be first in line when they opened at 7. Pulled my car in and shopped for over an hour. Finished shopping, and Went to the service area and they hadn't even started it yet. Watched the 3 employees just meander about for another 20 minutes before they even started. Lots of jibber jabber, and moving at a snails pace with their hands in their pockets on a slow day. Would not recommend this one in Desloge."
