"Treated me like a child. I called looking for a window and regulartor and just because I thought I heard my mechanic say actuator over the phone instead of regulator I was treated like a child. Got my parts in a timely manner but didn't let me know it was ready knowing I lived about an hour out, thankfully I showed up before they closed just in case."
