"I purchased a wheel hub from here. The price was only about $5 bucks more from the big box stores. Mistakenly, I recieved my part as a 2 wheel drive when I needed 4 wheel drive. Come Saturday, my truck is jacked up and tore apart when I discover this unfortunate situation. I called Fisher's at 5 minutes till close and informed them of my situation. Not only did they take my call, but since I was close, they delivered a new part to me with the proper paperwork at no extra charge! David was nothing but professional and made sure to keep me from being stranded in my own driveway. I guarantee the box stores would not be able to match the service; even if the people behind the counter want too. $5 more for a part was more than I thought I could ever ask for in service!"
