"We wanted to experience all things Starbucks. Walked in to order. I do not drink coffee so I am unfamiliar with the sizing. My kids (7 & 9) had a gift card to use. They got something simple. They had to wait over 20 min to get their small drinks. Online and drive-thru took precedence over us. So upsetting. Probably won't be back."

"So disappointed, I ordered a medicine ball but since the did not have it i ordered a hot chocolate, I was given a mocha. I don't drink coffee. Wasted that money!"

"I've drank Starbucks for most of my adult life. I've lived in Oswego for over 3 years. So why I hadn't been to the Oswego Starbucks before last Saturday, I couldn't tell you. I ordered about 7 minutes ahead of my arrival for pickup inside. Then, I waited for about 7 minutes inside. That sounds like a long time, but HOLY SMOKES! I have never seen so many coffee zombies circling a group of frenetic green-aproned young women! It was wild. I commend them all for maintaining their cool. And the salted caramel cold brew is to die for."

"This store was so dirty. Bathroom had pee & toilet paper all over the floor. The counter where you pick up your drinks was dirty with coffee stains. We couldn't dine in because all the tables were dirty. But yet there was someone cleaning the glass around the registers. I ordered the last 2 Vanilla Bean scones. Pulled them out of the bag & had to throw them out. They were all wet & half of the icing was missing. The coffee on the other hand was very good."
