"I went to pick up some prescriptions for my little sister and I was in and out of the store within 8 minutes. Inside was very clean and the workers were very kind to me. The one little complaint I have is the small selection of drinks that is in there compared to other locations."

"Oh man I just love going to CVS, they have a seemingly endless supply of all the vitamins, medicines and supplements you would ever need the atmosphere and organization of the place, not to mention the workers are so nice"

"I have been waiting on a prescription for 5 days. I called my doctor’s office following up on my request and was told they sent it in. They assured me it was. I called and spoke with the pharmacy and was told because it “wasn’t covered by my insurance” and is “available over the counter” so my prescription put on hold. When I spoke to a manager I got the same response. At no time was I contacted regarding its status. Second, just because you can get something OTC doesn’t mean a prescription is warranted. My doctor orders prescriptions based on my personal medical information and history and what he determines to be best for me. My DOCTOR determines my treatment not a pharmacist. Will not be returning."

"Don’t go here for COVID shot. Unorganized, tell you to bring ID and insurance but then don’t even ask for it. Arrived early and still waited a half hour before shot from our appointment time. Two others with us waited just as long. They gave a reason of its a day after holiday. You knew you had appointments you should have been prepared. I could see if there was a long line of people, but there were 3. Would have felt a little better if they would have at least checked for ID, and made sure who they were giving the shot to."
