"Can't speak highly enough of the DuQuoin Autozone. I went in for a new battery for my Ford Escape.. for those who don't know, the battery on the newer models is not the easiest to get to under the hood. Not only did Bill take the time to swap out the old battery for the new, he did so in a timely manner and explained the process (which included removing the air filter along with its casing, amongst other things.) Needless to say, the folks here go above and beyond to take care of the customer. Highly recommended!"
