"1st off I want to apologize to anyone saw my ignorant review especially the village of Woodlawn Illinois you certainly didn't deserve that. I dropped my tire and wheel off on Friday Shroyer Tire simply to get swapped over on the way to visit a longtime friend that's very sick. Monday morning my new tire and custom wheel outside the store where anyone could like I did pick it up no note on the door no phone call nothing. I was little mad but what can you do its closed? When I picked the $300.00 new tire up and seen how much water was in it I sorta lost good training from my friends pain and from Dr's making excuses and not treating him and the classless act of treating a customer takes time to try spending money in small off the highway to treat it like trash not very least a note on the door and put them alongside the building. I'll own what I did and my full ❤️ apologies to you for it which is more than the owner of Shroyer Tire has done. By the way don't allow one or two places like this keep you from stopping spending money off small highways you're going to stop buy gas or snacks anyway and they deserve your business and will appreciate better than corporate stores."

"I made an appointment to patch a tire and I got there and I wasn't on the schedule. I asked if I needed to come back later the guy said hold on a second within 2 minutes he tossed me the keys and said have a nice day you are good to go and I tried to pay him he wouldn't accept any payment. Would recommend!!! Tremendous speed and customer service everytime a great crew"
