"What happened to the different color discount prices? Why are now 90% the cost of new or more than new? Not worth trying to make stuff with zero warranty work. But it Lowe's or home Depot and you get a warranty and can return it if you don't use or need it. Waste of time going."
"Call ahead if you have a donation. I arrived at 1:30 pm and was told no donations after 1, though the website said til 2 and the sign on the wall outside said til 3."
"Customer service from store manager was horrible just because your located in a small town doesn't mean you have the right to speak to your customers in unpleasant manner or pick and choose what price you want for certain customers that you know when a customer ask for help on a price there is a reason because the customer is struggling financially and needs alittle more of a discount on a "USED" donated product. The lady "store manager"was very rude and it took all my pride just to ask if she could help me out on a few dollars discount. It's a shame that manager's behavior is ACCEPTABLE just because your located in a small area! She picks and chooses what she wants the price to be and bluntly told me to go to Lowes or Menards! I hope someone reads this and puts her in her place and tells her what Habitat for Humanity is all about helping people! She needs to go work for Lowes or Menards she definitely doesn't need a job working for Habitat for Humanity treating her customer's so rudely!!!!"
"We have gone to habitat for humanity for several years when it had different owners...the employees that USE to work there were very nice and cordial and they would work with you on prices of items. Just Recently we went there excited because they had opened back up...but the excitement was short lived..My husband asked if they would work with him on the price of an item..he was told by a female who was extremely hateful that they weren't working with anyone on anything any more ...this is USED stuff that has been Given to them... won't go back as long as they are hateful and rude to their customers."
