"This Whataburger is the worst when it comes to the time you have to wait for your order. I ordered at 11:13 at the drive thru and didn’t get my food until 11:41. Mind you it was one burger and fries. I’m currently waiting on one burger again and so far I have been here for 15 minutes, and still no food. There are so many workers which is what confuses me. Now that I actually got down (thinking it would be quicker) I see that most of them just stand around. Not sure if they train employees to send them to near Whataburgers. I honestly will not ever be coming to this Whataburger again. It would be quicker to make a drive to the Whataburger on McPherson."

"Amazing customer service at the Drive thru window by Ronaldo! You don’t often see this type of customer service in Laredo. Keep up the great work Ronaldo!"

"Apparently the cooks don’t understand what it means to add cheese and bacon. Unfortunately, this is my closest location so it’s my go to. Since the day it opened till today Oct 5, 2023 every order I get from there has something wrong. If it’s not the wrong drinks it’s the missing cheese and bacon on my orders. Even when you ask to repeat the order they will mention the add ons. Even when double checking at the window they say they added it but when you get home it’s no where to be found."

"Drinks are never served to the top. Fries are always cold and hard. The line at the drive through takes forever. Never had this issue with the one they closed to build this one."
