"Called to receive a quote for a flue replacement the guy said he would call back with a price - I called and left a message the next day and he called me back and said he had a family matter arise and he would call back with the price - almost a week later I called back and the lady that answered the phone said she would call back with the quote - it's been over a week and still no call. Total wait time for a quote is now 3 weeks. What prompted this review is On my second call I told him if he wasn't interested just tell me and I would find someone else. I guess if you have a total system replacement the reviews seem great but if it involves a less lucrative repair then he isn't interested."
