There were three employees that were at the register, watched me walk in, watched me go to the shoe section, watched me begin looking at shoes and never once came over to help. They even watched me as I walked by them to leave and never said a word. It’s hard to find good help these days..."
"My mother has gone in there on at least 2 occasions to get my kids items for Christmas and both times she was totally ignored by the staff. She’s 81 years old, of course not the typical Hibbetts customer, so you’d think the staff would be more helpful to someone that isn’t familiar with the store and product location. She went to Kohl’s where things were cheaper anyway and she was treated and helped as a valued customer."
