"No large cold bottles of water. No trash can by the door. The Dollar Generals in this area really suck."

"I worked there for about 4 months supposedly part time even though I worked 40-60 hours a week which I welcomed and never turned down a shift. I felt unrespected by my coworkers and anything I said was twisted and told to the manager I loved the manager but after 4 months of long hours I got no pay raise or promotion I even traveled as far Murphysboro when they needed me all I can say is I am disappointed how they handled things to the point of quitting and I'd highly recommend anyone looking at this job to reconsider"

"I didn't like this store much when I first moved to DuQuoin. Then they did some improvements a facelift per say, my opinion changed momentarily. I started going back & not driving to other towns with much nicer & cleaner stores. Well it didn't take long for them to trash the place again, it's completely disorganized. The employees are normally very friendly & helpful, as they try to lead you in direction of product your looking for. Obviously there is a big problem with the management of this location or this store would not look as it does & always be in disarray."
