"Servers and Host was nice, food was absolutely disgusting. Old sushi, with no flavor, the fried tempora shrimp tasted like it was fried in old oil. The things we ordered from rhe menu did not reflect with what we received. Will not be returning. 66 dollars down the tube for food that couldn't be eaten."

"First time trying this place and ordered 5 sushi rolls plus some chicken lo mein. It was a Wednesday night around 6, no one was there when we pulled up. The sushi didn't taste fresh, it was soft & just smelled a little off. We ended up throwing most of it away. Which was a shame since it was about $38 worth. The chicken lo mein was okay, about what you would expect from any Chinese restaurant. Maybe a tad bit more expensive than you would expect but with inflation its understandable. While I won't be ordering any more sushi from there their other menu items seem to be okay."

"The food here is great, but let's start off by saying that I for one am not a sushi person. It's weird. I've tried to eat it many times and it's not my thing. However with that said..... I enjoy the shaggy dog roll and everything else on the menu at this restaurant. Therefore, yes, I do recommend eating at Keyaki Sushi."

"2 glasses of completely flat soda. 1 severely overcooked serving of lo mein. 1 fly in my friend's soup. The service was painfully slow considering we were the only people dining there. My friend ordered sushi to go (after our meal) and paid for it. We then watched the manager (or owner, God forbid) sit and play on his phone. The food was ordered and paid for and he just couldn't lift himself up from that booth to make the food. My friend said something to the server about our wait for the sushi. She approached the manager who STILL sat at his booth without a care in the world. After waiting an absurdly long time, my friend asked for a refund. He then argued about the refund. She told him how bad the service was and not once did he acknowledge the poor service, his ignorant behavior, nor the fly, nor the food. Each time we turned around, the staff were staring at our table. Since they were paying so close attention, it's shocking the service was so bad. Not sure how the gem even exists. Mistakes happen at restaurants, but handling them like a responsible business owner would have definitely solved it."
