"Absolutely horrible pharmacy! Every time I arrive to pickup prescriptions , they tell me 2 more hours. After the 3rd trip back they still weren't ready and had to insist to get it done while I waited. Absolutely terrible service. The young girl that waited on me each time didn't care! Changing pharmacy!!!!!"

"Absurd it takes so long to get my script filled. It's every time to. Hours it takes. I'm switching pharmacies. I've been at Walgreens for 20 years too. I'm done. It's pathetic it takes longer to get my meds than it does to see my doctor."

"Wow, something has happened in the last two weeks - the pharmacy department at the Centralia Walgreens has completely imploded! Last week they were closing at 6 without putting it on the website, just a paper taped to the door, and this week, it’s a new guy in there, and they aren’t answering the phone. No flu shots being done. What a mess. Unfortunately, that’s the only pharmacy that takes Blue Cross, so I’m stuck with them."

"Most of the time I'm extremely happy with the customer service and products at this location. My only real problem comes to when I use the app which is hella buggy. Have had a cpl rude staff members but I chock that up to them being busy and I'm sure understaffed. Thank you to all the employees that are doing their best and to the ones that aren't well life will get better. Also I'm sorry for all the rude people you have to put up with. People can be truly horrible to customer service personnel and it's just not right."
