They did an outstanding and timely job installing a lift kit on my truck—ahead of schedule and precisely as quoted. Hard to find a friendly, reasonably priced, and reliable mechanic around here, but Pete and his team were truly amazing."

"Called up to see if they would replace timing chain on my truck and the guy on the other end was very rude. Told me that they don't work on Ford 5.4 and I'd be better off buying a new truck. Told him I did not want to buy a new truck I just wanted parts put on mine and he had an attitude. He also told me that they were a month out and when I drove by their lot they weren't very many vehicles on his lot. Not that that means anything but they're very unprofessional, rude and hateful! It's unfortunate that he had to be that way. Will never call them or use their services! I do not recommend this place at all."

"Had my vehicle towed in from a shop that botched an oil change. They didn't touch it for over a week. When I went to pick it up and was given no paperwork or explanation. The battery was dead. When I came back they said they would jump it. I went to the bathroom and when I came out the owner asked me if he could help me. When I told him that I was there to pick up my truck but the battery was dead he said, "So what?!" Bulldog eyeing me with his German Shepard. I asked him if that was how he talked to all of his customers and he said that he would talk to me however he wanted to. He said that he didn't like how I had spoken to his associate over the phone. I stated that I was upset that I had been without my vehicle for a week, but I didn't yell or call him names. He told me to "just go outside." I obliged him because if we do fight, I know who the dog is gonna bite. I have never been treated like this from anyone and can't believe this guy owns a business. I wouldn't go back if he was the last mechanic on earth!"

"I had another great experience at Mikes Automotive today. I made my appointment over a week ago with Sam. He has a great attitude and even though they are busy, he took his time to schedule me. Then this morning, my car was taken right in and the work was done in a timely manner and Sam checked me in and out with a “customer first” attitude. Todays experience at Mikes is why my entire family uses Mikes Automotive for all of our car maintenance!"
