"We waited 20 mins in the drive thru tonight and our food was cold and our buns were hard and we live right down the road so there's no way our food should of been cold or hard like that we always go to that dairy queen and always have great food but tonight was not good at all wasted $35 bucks forsure"

"Need to update your hours. People inside, cars in drive thru, but as we walked up to go inside at 858pm for ice cream after a football game, they locked the doors. :("

"Went on July 31 to get chocolate ice cream only to be told the machine was broke this is the 2nd time supposedly the machine was broke. Ridiculous that they are supposed to have ice cream but it's either the truck didn't come or the machine is broke hopefully it can get sold and get new owners who can keep everything running properly!! My daughter will only eat ice cream from DQ and it has to be chocolate"

"The wait at the drive-thru was excessive, with cars waiting in line on the road. When we reached the window, the majority of the employees were not helping, but talking off to the side. My wife ordered a medium salted caramel cheesecake blizzard, and I ordered a medium mint oreo blizzard with extra mint. Both of our blizzards were only about 3/4 of the way full, and only the top inch or so actually had any of the ingredients. The majority of both of our blizzards were nothing more than vanilla soft serve ice cream. I hope the manager and owner of this establishment use this review to address the issues with their employees. Not taking pride in your work leads to poor reviews and loss of future business. I expected better from DQ, especially when they charge an exorbitant amount for their product. With the possibility of a locally owned and operated ice cream shop coming to Johnston City, I would expect a steep decline in sales unless the staff begin to take pride in their work and provide the product as it should be served."

"Although clean I just waited in line for 5 mins before your crew bothered w me though i was the only person in he lobby. Finally after a lengthy conversation over frozen hot chocolates and tiktok video I had to interrupt them and apologize because I wanted something. The girls sighed and tried to act busy and apologetic but I'd already been there too long."
