"Worst customer service!!! 2 days before wedding still hadn’t received best mans shirt & vest. Dealt with this ordeal for 2 days. On Friday said they’d have something between 8–noon on Saturday ( seriously 2 hrs before the wedding) when taking back the shirt & vest that didn’t fit on Thursday(not to mention my sister was treated horrible when going to store to check on the situation. You don’t rip the hanger of clothes from a customers hands) was told what do you want us to do about. Not what anyone should have to hear. So we makes phone calls to try and find shirt & vest ourselves because we new they weren’t going to try and find the rights sizes we needed. And we were right… got a call at 10am that they had a shirt & vest well fused what it still wasn’t right, the shirt was dirty. Thanks goodness we found a place that had GREAT customer service and went above and beyond to get what we needed. Since this situation I’ve had several say they have issues in the past. So unprofessional & terrible customer service."
