"The recent Sub-Zero temperatures took out my windshield wipers so I stopped in to get a replacement pair. They were super helpful in finding the right size and even put them on for me! I asked him about another part for my vehicle and they didn't have it in stock but said they would get it in for me and told me when it would arrive. The store was clean and organized. There is a manual single width door for entry and a tile surface inside that is all on one level. I've used this store before and always had a good experience. Very nice employees here."

"I went to the Auto zone at 9401 Gravois on 9/23/2023 to buy a battery and have it installed. The man who came out of the store with a battery and proceeded to install it ended up being a customer who works on cars and is up there a lot. Something broke and coolant was leaking out of the hose. I asked if it could be fixed and he said I hope so. I freaked out when I learned that he didn’t work there. My husband recently passed away and I am not use to taking care of car matters. I was scared about what was going to happen to my van and started crying. He made a phone call but I couldn’t understand as I think it he was speaking Bosnian (Also Peggy, who is at the cash register , told me that they were good at what they did and that I was in good hands. She was very calming and supportive. ) It ended up he was talking with the store manager (Nermin E.). The manager said he wanted a new radiator put in to make sure that I wouldn’t have a problem. They called in mechanics that they knew and I ended up being up there over 2 hours with the store manager and 3 mechanics working on my van. Nermin stayed the entire time and over saw the whole job. He also answered my questions and concerns. He assured me that I was not going to have a problem with it. They put coolant in and wouldn’t let me leave till he was satisfied that with the heater running the new radiator was okay I left only being charged for the battery. I am so impressed with Nermin and his amazing mechanic friends!! I don’t think anyone else would have went to the extent that he did to make things right !! I took it to my mechanic today and he said that they did a good job and he couldn’t find anything wrong with their work. Now I can have peace of mind I am very grateful to Autozone having a store manager like Nermin. He is a very valuable employee to have and I will not hesitate to use this auto zone in the future. I highly recommend this autozone"

"Jerome and Claude were soooo helpful. The air filter on my car is crazy difficult to get to but they didn’t give up and through blood, sweat, and tears they got me squared away with a smile and a positive attitude! I cannot recommend this location enough."

"I love Auto Zone. I'm a senior citizen and the service I get from the awesome staff at the Affton location is phenomenal! I try to take care of things myself but sometimes need a little help and they are always very helpful and friendly as can be with great attitudes. This morning I went up and bought a steering wheel cover and sat in the parking lot desperately trying to get the cover on myself and struggled and having not enough strength in my arms I had to go in and ask for help and the gentleman that works there gladly came out and had that cover on in no time at all. He was very professional and friendly and was a joy to be around. I wish I had gotten his name ! Thank you guys ,you are the best!"
