"Ordered 4 cold cuts on the app. All 4 were missing cheese, 2 were missing bacon and one was missing black olives."
"Both ladies were so nice when we went in for sandwiches. And the store was really clean, which isn't typical for subway, so we were really happy. Keep doing great guys! We appreciated it!"
"Guy and Josh were friendly. Did a great job on my Veggie road trip sandwich. Ingredients to choose from looked fresh and not wilted. Lots of parking. Near the highway."
"Went to pick up my online order, not even started. The “Manager” said she called me, no missed calls. Out of white bread. At first I was told 20 min, then the manager said it would be an hour an a half. Not a lot of bread left either. Out of veggies…..hand carrying veggies from an unknown source (my view) to my sandwich. FYI that’s a huge no-no in the food industry. “Manager” not helping. This place used to be so great. Now every time we go something is broken, missing, or not there. And the “Manager” told me “Well if you don’t like it, you could just never come back.”"
"Ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch and told them I didn't want it toasted (meaning the bread). They didn't heat anything. They slapped the chicken and the bacon on the bread without heating it up. I tried to clarify what I meant by not toasted but the only two young workers that were working were more interested in talking to each other than listening to me. The chicken is rubbery, cold and chewy and I wasn't even going to try to eat the bacon because it looked raw. Either these two weren't trained correctly or didn't pay attention at all when they were being trained or both. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU CHOOSE AN ALTERNATIVE PLACE TO EAT."
