"Don't bother going to this starbucks if you want your order correct or timely. We were not greeted for several minutes despite standing at the counter. When we finally could order, it was rung up incorrectly (wrong sizes and wrong drinks). I've had mochas several times, and whatever they made us was not that, which is ridiculous because it is a simple core drink (former barista here, so I know it is not difficult). I understand the barista was new, but that is no excuse to make mistake after mistake when her trainer was standing RIGHT NEXT TO HER the entire time. We were traveling and did not have the time to get anything corrected. Extremely disappointed in this location."
