"They went above and beyond to help us out! From the moment I called (8:15am) to get their help, they were very attentive and took no time at all getting to my house to jump my battery. They explained what was wrong with my vehicle and then they took my car in themselves so I wouldn’t have to bother with it. When finished with my vehicle, they contacted me and let me know it was done and that they had done a free inspection on my vehicle. They had some suggested services that needed to be addressed. At no point in time did I feel pressured to get these services done! It was explained very professionally to me that they should be done soon, but that they would work with me to get these scheduled in a way that it wouldn’t break the bank either. They cared enough to let me know that if I scheduled these preventative maintenances on my vehicle in a staggered manner now, then they would always be staggered when having to do them again and that that is easier to manage. I think that’s above and beyond! Usually shops are trying to get your money and on to the next! Never did I feel that way about these guys! I would gladly take my vehicles to them! I would also refer any of my family and friends to do the same! Actually, in all honesty, my mother-in-law is the one who referred us to them!
