"I called the store around noon and was answered by a mumbling employee. I could barely understand what he was saying, he was also talking and having another conversation with other people in the store maybe other employees. Due to him talking to other I had to repeat my question about 5 times.Only bad experience I had at this store."

"Poor customer service, they do NOT check for items on shelf even though they stated on phone they have part. Called out employee about lying about part in stock when i received text stating order was ready to be picked up. Employee threw money back at my daughter when she went to get refund since part wasn't actually looked for."

"Stopped to get new headlights for my car. As I'm scanning the Q code to look up what bulb I needed the attendant asked what I needed. He stepped up and looked it up quickly and I selected an option. The attendant stepped outside to find that the bulb access was in front of the wheel. He quickly changed it out and I was on my way. I didn't need the excellent assistance he provided but appreciated that he did it without my asking. Great friendly service you don't see often these days. Earned my continued business."

"Brad had excellent curbside service, he assisted me in determining what was wrong with my battery/connections so I didn’t have to buy a new battery or alternator today. I would’ve wasted time and money and he helped me with both. Extremely helpful, polite, and went above and beyond his duty to help me today. Thanks Brad!"

"I went into this location at 7:15 PM, on a Monday night, looking for wheel bearings and seals for a very common vehicle. The young man behind the counter looked up the parts on the computer and went back to look for them. While I waited, another customer was waiting to be helped. We were the only customers in the store. After 7-8 minutes, I turned to him and asked where the lady working behind the counter went. He shrugged his shoulders and said he didn’t know, but she’d been gone a while. I stepped between the counters and saw her hiding below and behind them. When I told her she had a customer, she looked shocked that I found her hiding. Another 5 minutes went by and the guy who was helping me returned. He said he could only find one of the seals and hadn’t even looked for the bearings. I left, empty-handed. As I was walking in the store, another guy was leaving, also empty-handed. So, if the sales for this store are down, it’s not for a lack of people coming in to buy, it’s a lack of help. For the GM of this store, is this really the best you can do? For the DM and RM, when was the last time you looked in on your stores when your managers weren’t present?"
