"Absolutely terrible experience. Starter went bad on my Honda so had it towed to Meineke in edwardsville, IL. Was given an expensive quote but was assured they could order the part and have it done by the next business day. 2 days pass by, no updates. Finally get my car and it sounds bad when it turns over. The mechanic acted as if I was overreacting. I refused to take it and spoke to the manager. He promised it would be fixed the next day and that I was his top priority. They waited til almost closing time, nearly 6 pm to call and tell me it was ready. I started the car, sounded much better and he gave me a free oil change. Got the oil change and come to find out the plug was barely tightened."
