"Whenever starbucks had offers like 50% off or others, the staffs are never aware of those offers and they charge the regular amount. It happened to me twice and when I told them about the offer, they said that they can't redeem me for the extra amount they already charged. Disappointed a couple of times!"

"This Starbucks is the closest to my house and a very nice 15 minute walk through SIU campus. I come here at least twice a week and drink my coffee in the student lounge area. Great staff, clean, always good drinks."

"i usually have no problem with anyone or anything, but this morning the drive thru lady was so rude. She handed me a hot drink when i asked and paid for a cold one, she said “oh i didn’t hear that part” and ignored me and immediately got mad at me. i told her that im sorry and didn’t mean to make everything difficult, she ignored me. Then once i got my drink, i told her i paid for extra caramel drizzle, she said it has caramel in it and said “thanks bye”"

"Staff is rude. Sara had messed up multiple orders. When I finally decided to inform her of this and express my irritation, another employee told me to hold my attitude because they're busy and working through it. They weren't busy. There were three orders waiting and two people in line. Drive the extra distance and visit the Starbucks physical location or Kroger location. The staff is light-years beyond this location."
