"I wish i could've been there when the techs were at our home to install our two units, at least my wife was home! She said the crystal heating and cooling techs were great while they worked inside and outside the house. Even with our pets, they actually helped letting them in and out! No mess after all the attic work they had to do for the second system upstairs. Nick was our sales associate who scheduled the new air heat pump system in the same week! We are all electric in our 4000 sqft house and we usually have a 8MWH consumption of energy every February calendar year. With the new systems we are expecting half that consumption each extreme weather conditional calendar year with Nick's system configuration. We had a mini-split installed as part of our home reno and it is a great addition to the room. CH&C were very good about fixing small issues with the installation and everything is running great now."

"The technician who came out, Will, was awesome! He did everything very well and was very informative and answered all our questions. But...we were Not told that it was $195.00 to install the thermostat PLUS $97.00 service call, usually service calls aren't charged when there is other work done. Plus we needed a part that we were charged for and that was fine. We feel we were overcharged to install the thermostat."

"This company did two installs for us. One was on a new build and another was a little more tricky in an existing home and not only replacing the units but moving them to completely different locations and working it with the wood furnace. The installs went well and so far the wood furnace has been working better than ever. I am very happy with the work they did. All of the employees are very kind as well. I do recommend them to anyone."
