"The service call was scheduled and I was called with 10 minutes left in the window and told it would be an hour before someone would be there. This is a short term rental That's over an hour from my home, and there was no way I could wait for the tech. There wasn't really wasn't even an apology let alone any thing done to make up for it. I now have to call someone else. I wasted over three hours of my day, spent money on gas and put miles on my car. I cannot recommend this business. Addendum: Your response has a lot of words that don't reflect the important facts. 1. The appointment was for 2:00. I told you when making the appointment that we don't live in this home and i was coming from St Louis and could be there at 2:00. Calling me for an earlier time was zero help. They tech called at 2:42 (funny you know that but can't seem to figure out who scheduled me or when?). at 2:42 he said he was an hour away. 2. When i explained the above and that perhaps the person scheduling should always give a window and not a time slot, i was just told 'we don't do specific times'. Well, you did, and you ignored the fact that education was needed for your schedulers. 3. Offering 10% off of possible needed service was of little benefit to me. My 3 hours, including 2 hours in the car, wear and tear and fuel, were worth much more than that. Another company came a few days later. on time. And the call was $400. So you'd have given me $40 for my time etc. I asked for waiving the diagnostic fee and 10% off and you denied it."
"I called a couple different places before them and the others could not help me with a water furnace. These guys are great! Very responsive, the lady that answered the phone was friendly and knowledgeable. She had a Tech, Gregory, swing by that day, who already had a route. He was able to just clean out the lines real quick and fixed the leaking issue. Very reasonable price. Took a credit card on site. Gregory was professional and nice. He was knowledgeable about the system, as I had a follow-up question. Turns out that was the company that a family member uses and is pleased with them. Well, this is my new HVAC company, too. Thanks for making this quick and painless."
"Outstanding company to deal with from first contact. Nick, our salesman was very responsive and sent us a very fair estimate quickly. Whenever I contacted him he was available and If I needed to leave a message he always returned my call quickly. Jason and Conner, the installers, not only arrived on time but were actually a little early. They were courteous, friendly, and hardworking. The installation they did was too notch and completed quickly! I would highly recommend Crystal to anyone needing heating and cooling replacement or service"
