Walmart Auto Care Centers 610 Wesley Drive, Wood River, IL 62095

"Came to have 1 tire put on…was told a hour wait ended up waiting 2hours and 50 minutes. If that ain’t bad enough you can see the workers walking, talking and bullsheeting around. Nothing like watching other vehicles that showed up after you getting done before yours too. Then when you go to checkout at the end they have a “10 items of less sign” yet they let all these lazy goofs who can’t read still checkout with food and everything else in the auto section because they don’t have enough of a backbone to tell them to go to one of the 100 registers up front so you have to wait behind these morons of Walmart. I’d fire everyone back here. Update: after waiting that long to get my vehicle back they didn’t put the old tire in the trunk like requested so I had to go inside and wait in that long line behind the goofs who think it’s a life hack to checkout back there and screw over auto customers to get it and they take their sweet ahh time while playing on their phones or walking around aimlessly. These idiots made me late to work, missed dinner and wasted my whole afternoon up here. Because they tell you all they have a open spot or all the bays are open doesn’t mean they can get it done in a timely manner."

"It's Christmas Eve. I'm in need of an oil change. 3 vehicle bays are open with 1 car in a bay. I ask the guy up front "What's the wait time?" He tells me an hour and thirty minutes. He said "Now you have to schedule in advance and we don't take walk ins anymore." Not wanting to look like a male Karen, I walked away in frustration. What has this world come to. 3 open vehicle bays and an hour and thirty minutes wait because I didn't schedule in advance?? What...in..the heck?"

"Would not give an oil change due to my key being broke. Never had this issue before. ( my key has been broken for years) The lady helping us I believe her name is Janet, she was rude and probably shouldn’t work in customer service. I recommend ANYWHERE but Woodriver Walmart lol."

"Ordered tires a week ago. Was told it would take a couple days for tires to be delivered. Haven't heard anything. Been trying to call all morning to see what's up and they're not answering the phone. Customer service said they had a call off and they're really busy. Ok then. Not taking my car there. And I have no way to cancel the order. Guess they'll figure it out. Taking my business and money elsewhere."
