"Made an appointment two weeks ahead and still had to wait for over an hour! I literally waited an hour in a half for a sensory light they didn’t fix. I bought my car from there and I been a very customer for YEARS but that’s the last time I will ever go back! Then they told me that my car was getting washed so I had to wait an extra 15 minutes to come find out that it was parked and not wash."

"I buy parts here often and rarely have issues. They recently added a surcharge for credit card purchases and I specifically asked if they did that and was told no. Lo and behold my card was charged more than my receipt indicated. Come on, know what you're charging customers."

"Purchased a vehicle and John Hart was great! Now that service department was something else. I went up there to ask questions about getting my car services that I purchased from them not even two months ago. First person I encountered was nice stated I can come in on Saturday it's first come first serve I said ok cool. So I called that Friday to make that is what it was. Get there Saturday morning number two in line and encounter a rude customer service person by the name of Jamie T he said no some body told you wrong! We too busy to do a tire balance and I don't have keys to that shop and who told you it's first come first serve. I said sir two people told me and I been in this cold since 6:30 am you going to look at my car! Needed a oil change I was so upset I forgot about it but sticker in the window said I needed on but they never even suggested it!. Just poor customer service. I left messages with the manager and no one never called back guess they don't care about customer service. Never going back!"
