"This is a poorly run complex. In 2022 alone, their pool in the 2nd phase was closed on two different occasions by the city due to "chlorine levels not being balanced" according to their staff. The residents were not notified either time. Additionally, the lighting around the my building was out for months and during this time my car was broken into twice and plate was stolen. My dashcam did get footage, however it was so dark that the officers weren't able to use it. And finally, they managed to misplace my renewal contract and billed me an additional fee for having a month-to-month contract, even though I have the fully executed contract. One mistake is understandable. It is human to make a mistake. But something happening almost every month at my expense? That's getting awfully close to negligence."

"I've lived here for two years and highly recommend the complex. My Pros: - Very large balconies, some even have two! - Large floor plans. My 2/2 is 1,190 sq ft! - Tall ceilings with crown molding, ooo very luxurious! - Very fast response time with maintenance tickets, many even the same day - Only 1 mile away from The Domain - Nestled between Mopac and Research - No restricted parking - Washer/Dryer included - Faux hardwood in living area, carpet in bedrooms - Very friendly leasing office staff, especially Fae! - Large windows throughout - Large walk-in closet in the master - Lots of storage just generally My Cons - No playground for kids - The resident's online portal is a bit finicky - No bench press in Phase 2's weight room"
