"The manager was working there was very disrespectful. She made rude remarks for no reason. This isn’t the first time I heard about this woman abusing her power and bullying her co-workers and etc. many associates I know l have filed so many complaints and quit their job because of bullying. This woman still have her job. She’s a general manager. This is going on for long, I want you guys to take action and stop letting this woman get away with lack of professionalism. Even my cousin, who used to work there was bullied so badly by this manager. If this goes on for too long, I will report this to the higher ups and get my message across. I have evidence and proof. Her name is Michelle, this is literally the only Burlington that close to my house. I shop there daily and the fact I had to deal with this rude manager when I’m shopping with friends and family is outrageous. I’m not used to this type of behavior."

"I shopped there this afternoon (11/14) and had very good experience. I have a lot of merchandise causing the line to be backed up. Anyway, a couple of counters were opened up because of that. I was at counter 1( I don't have the name of the cashier) but she awesome, had great personality and great customer service. I was not rushed and she took her time to make sure I got a discount on an item as listed (the register was stating that the price was invalid; most stores usually tell people that they have to leave the item if there an issue but the cashier asked for help and make sure I got the item!! The store had nice things too at great value. It was clean and well organized! My overall rating is based on my interaction with the cashier."
