"I could give my experience in great details, as no matter what I say, the office lady will give a response on this, and try and manipulate things,instead of being apologetic to a unhappy customer! I will not ever come back to this place! I left a previous review and had decided to delete it because she responded with lies and a unapologetic response! Was going to leave it be after deleting it But I decided to try help others and inform them that, unless you have a simple fix , like a low tire, oil change, I wouldn’t recommend this place! ! A simple sorry would of went a long way with me as well, I know in previous reviews her shop is led by a gold star mechanic blah blah blah! And it looks like ,as I seen from a previous review , that changing tires is hard job there at your place, As the guys low air sensors were jacked up afterwards! All you had to do was apologize and be honest !! That would of went a long ways with me,so go ahead and leave your bull pucky response, because I’m not removing this review!"

"Worst shop. Won’t be back learned my lesson. Never fixed my Malibu, did give me credit back. Supposedly fixed my brakes on our truck with the credit yet we had to replace them again 2 months later. Then my daughter just got a car for her birthday and she took it there for overheating said it was a hose then said it was head gasket then it was the hose. And now headlights won’t work and they told her they don’t know. They refunded her then added it back to bill. They have no idea what they are doing."

"When others wouldn't talk to us over the phone about the car, Wells Norris did. They got our car fixed and back on the road, and came in way under the price quoted by a dealership. Very very very happy with the service!!!"

"Had to take my vehicle in twice for an alignment after new suspension was installed and now it's not even drivable over 55mph. Steering wheel shakes and steering wheel isn't straight and car pulls hard to left. First time I took it in they left tools attached to car and they fell off going home. I have a 3mo baby and this is our only car. I should of listened to the people I work with that said DO NOT GO THERE. Couldn't even give me a print out of what they did for the alignment. I tell everyone I know now not to go there."
