"The customer service was excellent, I was served my food really fast and also the food was top notch. Everybody was super friendly and the lobby was impeccable I wouldn't trade it for anything else. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for a tasty meal. God bless"

"The crew and manager Alycha S working today Saturday August 6 in Ste. Gen are a mess. We pull through drive thru with a mobile order and put in a second order. Get up to the pick up window and the girl at the window I think Em is her name is confused understandably. I have to keep telling her the items that are being forgotten which was quite a few. And as my husband pulled away I was still checking the order and realized they forgot a basket of fries so we pull back around and the girl tells us the manager Alycha told her to give us a half full medium fry. I nicely said no we paid for a basket and asked to speak with Alycha and Alycha refused to come to the window and we got the medium fry dumped in to the basket fry order. Now I don't like complaining about wrong orders cause I understand but this manager is completely acting unprofessional. And I feel needs to be stepped down if she can't talk to a customer."

"Experience varies based off when you go. Most times the service is okay, and the food is good. Only problem is that most workers are young and just don't care. Multiple times my order has been made wrong or missing dip cups. Last night I got nuggets with barbecue and sweet and sour and received none. Then earlier ordered a big Mac with no sauce, opened it up and there was sauce. Even with a receipt that tells them they don't make sure its right"

"Out of all McDonald's I have ate at this one 9 times out of 10 is above all. They have really stepped up thier game and have decent teenager's working there. I notice they prepare for local events and have extra staff on hand. No need to check the bag in this drive threw. Doing a re-review today it’s been a year since my last review. They have a new building and double drive threw now and they are still on their game I have to say this is the quickest most organized McDonald’s I have ever stopped at during a lunch rush. 5 stars from me."
